Our goal — of providing financial freedom to all Muslims in the world by giving them access to the world’s first Islamic financial ecosystem on the blockchain, so that they can get the best out of themselves, provide for their families, and improve the well-being of their communities — requires just that: an ambitious and community-oriented company structure.

That’s why we, at Caiz, are restructuring. We are preparing our companies to be part of a larger group that forms the complete ecosystem and is managed by two foundations.

The first foundation is solely tasked with overseeing tokenomics. The second foundation is tasked with the management, the strategic direction, and the general promotion and development of the ecosystem.

Because tokenomics and overseeing its distribution into the ecosystem is such an important task, it is isolated into a separate foundation. This ensures full focus on the execution of this important task to perfection. The second foundation makes sure the Caiz Ecosystem will be developed, that it will grow, and that it will reach its goals.
